"the Ministerial Declaration on Carbon Markets" was started at the fringe of COP21 in Paris and signed by interested countries including Japan aiming at facilitating cooperation on the use of international market mechanisms. This side event invites ministerial participants from relevant and new signatory countries and discuss matters including possible direction of this initiative towards future.
