Because traffic accident death is the second highest cause of death, and young people tend to drive fast, he wishes to introduce EcoDrive at the earliest convenience. The second one, because he is not sure how he can introduce EcoDrive, and he does not understand the methodology, he wishes for the start from the capacity building.
