This is comparable to best practices of the Solution Agenda launched by the French Government for COP21.

Summary
We share our advanced lessons from Asian cities such as Iskandar Malaysia region, Putrajaya city in collaboration with AIM research team, Japanese cities/environment organizations, central governments, other stakeholders. This is typical input into Solution Agenda launched by France Government for COP21.
Prof. Ho Chin Siong (Professor, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia) introduced the latest situation of “Lessons from Asia Low Carbon Cities -Initiatives in Iskandar Malaysia Economic Region and Putrajaya-”.
Datuk Ismail Ibrahim (Chief Executive, Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA), Malaysia) launched “Low Carbon Society Action Plan for 2025 in 5 Local Authorities in Iskandar Malaysia”. Once he launched Iskandar Malaysia Low Carbon Society Blueprint in COP18, Doha (http://2050.nies.go.jp/cop/cop18/).
Y. Bhg. Datuk Loo Took Gee (Secretary General, Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water Malaysia (KeTTHA)) explained about implementation of Green Technology Policy in Malaysia.
Datuk Haji Hasim Bin Haji Ismail (President of Putrajaya Corporation (PJC)) launched “Putrajaya Building Sector Carbon Emissions Monitoring & Reporting Program & PGC2025 updates”.
Almost all audiences kindly showed good interest and stayed at the venue until the end.

- Datuk Ismail Ibrahim (Chief Executive, Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA), Malaysia) launched Iskandar Malaysia Low Carbon Society Blueprint in COP18, Doha, and he launched “Low Carbon Society (LCS) Action Plan for 2025 in 5 Local Authorities in Iskandar Malaysia”. It shows that this region deepens low carbon society activities on the ground.
- Datuk Haji Hasim Bin Haji Ismail (President of Putrajaya Corporation (PJC)) launched “Putrajaya Building Sector Carbon Emissions Monitoring & Reporting Program & PGC2025 updates” with support of Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
- Y. Bhg. Datuk Loo Took Gee (Secretary General, Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water Malaysia (KeTTHA)) joined launching ceremony of these two indicatives. We can expect that LCS actions in Malaysia will speed up from both central and local governments.
